- Take of Meat.
- Provide of Cow stripes.
- You need of Thickner(ashi,ofo,cocoyam paste).

- Boil meat,with cow stripes and stock fish.spice with maggi and salt.
- Wash and debone smoked and dry fish, set aside..
- Pick oha /ora leaf and uziza leaf,wash and set aside.
- When meat is tender,u can either remove the meat frm the stock or leave with the stock.add more water to the level of soup you want to prepare, add crayfish,cameron pepper,smoked and dry fish and palm oil and cover to cook for 5 mins..
- Add thickner(achi, ofo or cocoyam paste).cover and cook some more..
- Taste for salt and pepper.
- Add uziza leaf,then oha /ora leaf.cover and cook for 5 mins.
